I started going to North Pole Dance back in 2016 and it has always felt like home. Taya is the absolute best—she’s welcoming, kind, and always so understanding.
What makes this studio stand out is how family-friendly and inclusive it is. Not many studios in Toronto welcome kids, but Taya has been amazing with both of my daughters, letting them join classes. They had so much fun and loved every moment!
Whether you’re completely new and want to try pole for the first time, or an experienced poler looking for a supportive studio, North Pole Dance is the place to be. I can’t wait to get back on the pole again!
If you’ve been thinking about trying pole, do it! I started with the intro course at North Pole Dance and got hooked, even though I was pretty sedentary at first. Pole has taught me perseverance, boosted my confidence, and helped me build strength, coordination, and a real mind-body connection. It’s also given me a healthier, stronger body.
