By far the best rehab centre I have tried. Have been going for the past few months for massage and acupuncture and cant express how great the results have been. Staff is friendly and accommodating and highly recommend Min Mi!

I had an amazing experience with my massage therapist, Gary Ho! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and took the time to understand my specific needs. Throughout my pregnancy and even postpartum, Gary has been such a huge help in managing my discomfort and pain. He really knows how to target the right areas while still making the experience relaxing and safe. What stood out most was his genuine care and skill. It never felt rushed, and every movement felt intentional and therapeutic. I always leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and so much more comfortable in my body.
Highly recommend Gary to anyone, especially expecting or new moms looking for real relief and relaxation. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I was experiencing spasms in my lower back. I was able to get a same day appointment at Motioncare. Kenny Duong was fantastic. Very skilled and attentive to the problem areas. My back feels much better. Happy to have found a new RMT for me!

I’ve had massages from RMTs at various places but they have been mediocre. I came to Motion Care to try it out and my massage was amazing. I booked with Bobo, I have nothing but praise for her. She used the perfect amount of pressure and her technique was great. She made sure to ask if I was comfortable and if the pressure was good. I felt very relaxed. I have found my go to place for RMT.

I’ve tried different RMTs here and have always had great luck because they’re all amazing! Lately I’ve been booking my massages with Zoey (Tingting) and she’s excellent. She checks if the pressure is okay or if you’re doing okay. I 100% recommend!
They have parking in the back and some in front (could get pretty busy). The do direct billing if you prefer that. The also have a lot of availabilities so you never have to worry booking a slot on any days!

I've been seeing Frank Xue as my chiropractor for a few years now from a different location but also here at Motion Care. He has the best mix of professionalism, attitude and knowledge all into one practitioner. His assessments are thoughtful, adjustments are effective and he does his best to check in to make sure the treatment is working. Excellent care from start to finish.
