Went in for headache, back and neck pain. The RMT Anne-Marie W was fantastic. She really gave me a deep tissue massage and took time to stretch my tight hips and calves. She’s very strong so i did need to tell her to use lighter pressure but once she was done my headache was gone! I’m booking my next appointment ASAP!!
Very clean, calming rooms with warm beds. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant. Easily accessible location with lots of parking. Ann-Marie is amazing, using the perfect amount of pressure; taking time to really stretch you as well. A guaranteed relaxing and rejuvenating experience that I so look forward to.
I was hesitant to return to this place after my last session in the winter as the room was really cold and was disappointed in this lack of what I considered a basic provision from a place that's supposed to provide a time of relaxation and therapy. I went back hoping for a better experience now that it's summer and I was very happy with this decision mainly thanks to my RMT Tatianna. It was easily the most therapeutic massage I've received to date. She recognized all the areas that needed the most work and did an amazing job working out the tension and knots.
