As a trade, it’s a relief to work on a site that’s actually organized and safe. Sean, the site manager, is a good guy to deal with—he stays on top of the schedule and doesn't leave the trades hanging. There was one day we ran short on 12-gauge wire, and instead of letting the job stall, Sean personally went and grabbed it so we could keep the momentum going.
