I have been a regular client here, and while the massages are good, I do not appreciate being repeatedly reminded to tip. Tipping should be optional and based on the client’s choice, not something clients feel pressured into.
This creates an uncomfortable experience and takes away from the professionalism of the business. Management should understand that pressuring clients for tips can negatively affect customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly earned one. From start to finish, the atmosphere was so loud and chaotic that I briefly wondered if I had accidentally booked a massage inside a call center. To top it off, the front desk girl was unprofessional and inattentive, as if customers were more of an inconvenience than the reason the business exists.
A massage is supposed to be relaxing. Peaceful. Quiet. Instead, I was treated to constant noise, SUCH loud conversations, endless ringing phones, and nonstop distractions that made it impossible to unwind. The “zen music” in the foot massage room was streamed from YouTube. Not ad-free. So just when you start drifting into relaxation, a blaring advertisement every 20 minutes. Nothing says tranquility like being jolted awake by commercials.
The front desk girl generally seemed annoyed and irritated the entire time. When you’re paying for comfort and relaxation, basic details like attentiveness shouldn’t be optional upgrades. I was also offered water, which was very thoughtful in theory, but it never actually arrived. So hydration: it's conceptually available.
To make matters worse, my 60-minute appointment ended early. I paid for a full hour and did not receive the full service time. If we’re shaving minutes off appointments now, that probably should be disclosed upfront. I would also strongly recommend verifying the name of the RMT providing your service to ensure it actually matches who is treating you. While my “RMT” was kind, I really did not get the sense that he was, in fact, a registered massage therapist. If these things matter to you, especially for insurance purposes, it’s worth double-checking.
Another major concern is the pricing structure. For those who specifically request an RMT, just know going in that this place charges the SAME rate for a foot massage as for a full-body massage. That’s highly unusual compared to other reputable establishments, especially those employing RMTs. It feels misleading and doesn’t reflect industry standards. For example, imagine a foot massage costing the same as a lymphatic drainage massage. Even deep tissue massages usually cost more because they require significantly more pressure and effort. The pricing here just doesn’t add up.
Overall, this was a frustrating and extremely disappointing experience. If you value professionalism, relaxation, and actually receiving what you pay for, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place! I put my phone down, in a dark calm room with music, and leave with stronger feet.

The staff were courteous and hospitable. The massage was completed by a reflexologist who did not appear to be well trained. She wore plastic gloves for the entire massage and used ample lotion, so there was no friction and made it impossible to give a deep massage.
