Very clean and warm environment. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful with booking appointments if necessary. Showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled time and waited max 5 minutes. Overall great experience at HealthOne

I am having a fantastic experience at HealthOne as a high school co-op student. As a new team member with a lot to learn, the staff was very supportive and kind to me. My supervisor, Dr. Natalie Di Croce, taught me a lot about making the clinic look presentable to patients and keeping track of all the patients and their progress periodically. Also, Rose and Bibi showed me how the admin side of the clinic works. I learned how to book appointments, claiming insurance, and preparing paperwork initial assessment paperwork. Overall, HealthOne is an excellent place to work as a student because they are very understanding and I learned a lot of valuable skills here.

best doctor and clinical experience we had in our life. thumbs up to helpful and friendly receptionists, actively assist with our insurance claim. Dr Victor Ng did a thorough detailed checkup for my husband, answered to all our questions and listened to us professionally. would definitely recommend this nice and clean clinic to everyone
