For 7 month I am suffering from bad Knee replacement surgery, which was done at Sunnybrooke Hospital. No doctors will help me, no any medicine. I had nerve and tissue damage after surgery, also a lots of fluids, muscle pain. Burning, pinching, needling.Finally I find Therapy on Bathurst and Sheppard Health Max Physiotherapy. I was always looking for Physiotherapist I met very kind and warm staff. I had and appointment with my Physiotherapist Sayali with Beautiful inside and outside. This HealthMax unit is a great physiotherapy clinic with wonderful professionals who have helped me a lot over the years. In particular, Riya is the most efficient and knowledgeable physiotherapist I've ever met, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of help.
From an administrative perspective, they call to remind you 24 hours before your appointment, which is great, and the receptionist is always lovely and helpful.
I’m satisfied with my experience at HEALTHMAX. The staff, including Aaliyah and Riya, are helpful and professional. Management is also responsive, and overall the service is good.
