I’ve been going to this location for years now. Kim is my massage therapist and she is absolutely amazing. She always helps me relax and release tension. The front desk is nice and accommodating as well. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to a great massage!

One of the worse customer service experience. very curt and rude on the phone, plus the website clearly mentions that walk-ins are welcome. They treat you like complete dirt when asking for an appointments, both as walk-ins and even on the call. I tried taking an appointment twice. Unlike other places they do not even offer to book you on another day if they are busy. I was very keen to try out this place due the proximity but is turning out to be an off-putting experience! Will never call them again.

I went for a massage and it wasn't with my regular therapist which is Kim. She is lovely However the massage i recently had with Sabrina wasnt the best. I came home and next day my back and shoulders are aching because the massage was too harsh. I wasn't comfortable 😥

Hello, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my appointment on November 22.
I clearly requested and was assured by the receptionist that I would receive the exact same 60-minute classic massage at the same price as my previous visit. However, I was given only a 50-minute session that felt rushed, and I was charged almost double, despite having insurance. None of this was communicated to me in advance.
Additionally, the receptionist’s behaviour was unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and refused to answer my questions, which made the situation even more frustrating. This level of service and communication is extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.
I request: 1. An explanation for the lack of transparency regarding service duration and pricing. 2. A correction of the charges or a partial refund.
I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. Thank you

I had a facial and massage at Bayview location and it was truly a great experience! The facial made my skin look brighter and glowing and Kim's massage was amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable and very informative. Kim penetrated deep into muscle tissue and effectively targeted areas of tension, which was very relaxing. I highly recommend her!
