Got my hair done today by Kristine. She did such a great job making my hair look so beautiful. Turned out exactly how I wanted. As well as their service is exceptional. Making me feel comfortable, having your own locker for your belongings, washing my hair 3 times (felt like a good head massage), putting a pillow on your lap so you can rest your arms while you are on your phone, even the front desk person was so nice. Kristine did my hair with such care, taught me how to take care of it and even had a friendly talk with me. That is how you do customer service. Thank you everyone who worked there today :)
first time going to this place and i would say its darn amazing i got a perm i forgot to ask the name of the guy but hes pretty good the details and everything he did to my hair is pretty clean hes so chill everytime i talk he smirks a lot 😂 i could tell hes a good barber ill book him again fosho… also the other staff is rlly accommodating i like them ❤️
my second session with jin and she’s amazing! last time I had a haircut with her she helped me to fix the bad broken layers from my precious hairstylist and she said come back after 3 months. taught me how to style it when im lazy. this time came here for another haircut right after a breakup and I emotionally crashed and tears are falling during the haircut I’m so sorry to scare her… she’s so nice tried to comfort me and make me look pretty with amazing butterfly high layers haircut and styling I love that so much!! highly highly recommend she’s super patient too💛🙏
