I've had the chance to train under Vitaly near the start of this year as I started to take my personal fitness seriously and I couldn't have found a better person to help with that. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about fitness, diet while learning about proper workouts and techniques. He is certainly the go to man for tips about working out and establishing a proper workout regimen, whatever your goals may be. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to start training at this gym, which is also well equipped with additional helpful and friendly staff to boot.Thanks again.

Gym needs major upgrades. I have Personal Training under Tanuj, and he helped improve my form, balance, posture, how to lift weights properly, while keeping in mind my lower back injury. I have seen improvement in me, in over a course of month or so, and hopefully, I achieve my goal under him.
