Once you've finished your selections, the staff are wonderful in getting your order ready, and setting up as well as installation getting is done within the timeframes they provide if not faster. Floors Direct Toronto was recommended to me by a senior manager at a flooring manufacturer. It was great advice. Mike in the store explained the pros and cons of different flooring options, gave best examples of the on trend light oak look I wanted and let me bring samples home overnight. Jamie did a thorough home visit to measure, flag potential issues and ensure the project was done right. Mo the installer brought a pride of workmanship and great customer service that we don't see enough these days. I'm thrilled about how beautiful my basement flooring turned out and would give Floors Direct Toronto 6 stars if I could.

Daniel and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and patient. They have a huge selection of hardwood samples and take their time explaining the pros and cons for each brand. Daniel will guide you through the entire process. They are very knowledgeable compared to the other 3 stores I visited. I would highly recommend Floors Direct Toronto.
