Was sick of curling and wearing mascara everyday and I was lucky enough to find this place. Amy did my first ever lash tint and lift and I must say she was precise, calming and professional. She had good energy all around and I even added a brow tint spontaneously because I felt comfortable around her.

I had my brows done by Elysia, and she was incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and professional. She has such a great eye for beauty and really takes the time to design a brow shape that suits your natural bone structure and facial features. The result looks very natural and flattering.

The salon itself is also beautiful, clean, and fresh with a lovely aesthetic. It feels very relaxing and welcoming. I noticed they also offer facials, lashes, and nails, so it’s definitely the kind of place where you could spend the whole day pampering yourself.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality beauty services!

I was supposed to have an appointment with Elysia on last Friday and the appointment was confirmed two days before via text. I showed up on time and was told that Elysia was away due to an emergency. I was not informed that my appointment was cancelled until then. Then the receptionist said she can have a different lash technician to do my lash extension, which I agreed as I showed up already.

Similar to the post below, my left eye felt stingy during the process. I asked Amy to stop a few times and she mostly said she did not see anything in my eye. My eyes were red and stingy until the next day. I never had such a bad experience before when I got my lash lift and lash extension done in the past.

Two stars because I had good experience with other technicians and they showed up in the past.

Don’t recommend here since my eye were super red after doing the eyelash extensions with Amy. Like bunch of glue got into to my eyes and she was saying that it is normal. It is normal to get some amount but not that much so my eyes are that red and hurting after the extensions. Not coming here again. Don’t recommend since service is subpar too.

Hands down the best lash lift I’ve ever gotten! I don’t live in Toronto, so I only come here when I’m in town. Both times Amy has given me the best lash lift ever!! She and the rest of the staff are so sweet, and the space is very relaxing and cute. I fell asleep both times because I was so comfortable. 😂 Thank you!!! ❤️

I have been coming to Elysia for a couple years now! I would get my eyelashes and now get my eyebrows(tattoo) done here! Elysia is super meticulous and maps out your whole face in order to get the best shape possible. I come back to redo them about every 1.5- 2 years and they still look great. Would highly recommend coming here!

I’ve been coming here for lash extensions from time to time and they are great. But i would not recommend getting brow lamination here..
The technician who did my brows left the perming solution for way too long and it’s been irritating my brows and eyes even hours after the service. The service indicated that it includes “brow shaping” but it turned out that meant just brushing through your eyebrows, no trimming or shaving etc. Also there was no aftercare instructions given initially. Only when i came back to the shop to ask few questions, she told me how to take care of them.
Honestly I’m pretty disappointed with the service.

This is far the best lash extension studio i have ever gone to! The lash technician that took care of me was very nice and kind, did consultation of my eye design and suggested what type of eye style suited me the best. It was a great experience overall!
