This was my third visit to this store. During my previous two visits, we purchased beds for both our children and ourselves, and this time I returned to buy a bed for my mother.
The young lady at the reception was very kind, welcoming, and did her best to help me, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about another staff member in the back, who I believe may be a supervisor or manager.

This is the showroom and factory for Dream Star. We are drawn to this brand because of flippable options for some mattresses and how comfortable they are.
We are very happy with our purchase. Yuliia and Maryna are very helpful and patient. Prices are very competitive. Although there is no sleep guarantee but knowing that this factory is local and we can always bring it back if needed adjustments is a big bonus. Glad to support Canadian made products.
We bought a Dream Shadow mattress (firm) two months ago. It's the best mattress I've ever had. I have suffered from back pain my whole life; the Dream Shadow has allowed me to sleep almost pain-free, and my mornings are now much more refreshed! Lena was very helpful in making the right choice and provided detailed instructions on how to use the mattress correctly. Thank you!
