I have used Dr. Plumbing's twice. The first time to diagnose a problem with the kitchen faucet and replace the bathtub spout. The second time to install a new kitchen faucet. Essi was the technician who came both times. He was very professional, polite and patient in explaining what he was doing. He also gave tips on how to prevent problems in the future. I'm very happy with the service received from Dr Plumbing and Essi.

There is not enough stars to rate the excellent service we received/ out of 5 stars. Essi took his time and made sure everything was properly fixed. He also explained everything to us, from the why it happened to the how he fix it. Also gave us some recommendations. I absolutely recommend them, and if in the future there is any other plumbing issues, would totally use them again

My kitchen sink was horribly clogged and they were able to send a technician, Esi, the very next day. He was very thorough at his job, explaining what the cause was, and provided steps to maintain it moving forward. He was even able to advise the dimensions and what kind of sinks would fit as I'm looking to replace it soon. I will definitely be calling again once I find a new sink for installation!
