DM Plumbing and Drain Service

This is an edited review, addressing some of the comments from the owner.

In short: DM Plumbing & Drain Service was contracted AND PAID to complete two main jobs — a backwater flow prevention installation and the replacement/repair of the main sewer line. The contract is clear.

My parents did not receive the services specified in the scope of work for which they paid.

Companies should not contract and take payment for itemized work that is not completed.

Steven promptly was there on time and solved the issue very quickly. I would call him in the future to solve any plumbing issues. He left the place cleaned after completing the work.

Great and quick service for a very reasonable price. Doesn’t say you need something when you don’t need it.

We recently had a backwater valve installed by DM Plumbing. The husband wife team are very good and work very well together. Their communication is efficient, they are punctual and their work is thorough. They applied for the required permits and the whole process including the inspection was handled by them leaving us stress and hassle free.
They tried their best to complete the job with minimal disruption and destruction to our basement. They left our place clean and debris free.
We also used their services to clean our pipes, check with cameras and remove roots that were in the pipes. Which also they did and excellent job of.

We will definitely be using their services again in the future if a plumbing need arises and we would recommend them to friends and family too.

The biggest advantage is that even though you are busy, you can fix it whenever you need it and do it without unnecessary replacement at a reasonable price. The grease trap replacement project was carried out in a precise and detailed manner, and even parts that were not requested were replaced with new piping.
