The purpose of an appointment system is to provide a structured schedule for clients and barbers Despite arriving early and having a scheduled appointment at 7:15, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of respect for my time Upon my arrival at 7:00, I was hopeful that my appointment would be honored promptly. However, I was taken aback when another client was given priority and taken in at 7:08. As a result, I was left waiting for an extended period of time, with no indication of when my turn would actually come. To my dismay, I found myself still waiting at nearly 7:50, almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. It's very clean, unique barber shop! They are all good, amazing, and always on top with their cutz. Seabas is amazing great quality work and great customer service. He take care of with my haircut, beard, mustache, and my eyebrows. Very amazing job I would recommend. I'm officially making him my go to barber!

Walked in for a low fade and a small trim on the top. Walked out with a very high fade and more than half of my hair on the top gone. The front hair are not even in the same length either. Couldn't say anything after most of my hair was cut off. Not only that, I got three cuts (two on the sides and one on my ear).

After getting cancelled on at another shop, we called here. Ray picked up and was very professional. Took care of my son and I. Appreciate the professionalism.
