Mike is very nice and very knowledgeable in the materials and customer service. The store is very large with very good pricing and good quality materials for home renovations. I price check at some other locations and Cosmaroma is cheaper for door trims, baseboard, shoe moulds , cabinets and locks. Come and check out. Their products are good.

I had a very frustrating experience with this store.
We visited on March 13 to purchase a vanity, and we were told it would be ready for pickup within 5 business days. They said they would contact us when it was ready. After the deadline passed and we heard nothing, we decided to call. We were told it was still not ready and that someone would call us back, which never happened.
The next day, we called again and were told we could pick it up on March 27. However, when we arrived at the store, a staff member informed us that the vanity was not even there yet and that we would need to wait for another employee to go pick it up. This was extremely disappointing, especially after all the delays and lack of communication.
Since we didn’t have time to wait, we asked for delivery instead. The employee said there would be a $150 delivery fee, later reduced to $100. This made no sense…why should we have to pay for delivery when the inconvenience and delays were entirely caused by the store? After a lot of back-and-forth, they lowered the fee to $45, but that’s still unacceptable given the situation.
Overall, the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. There was a clear lack of communication and accountability, and in the end, the customer is the one paying for the store’s mistakes, literally!
