The ordering experience for our front door lock set was quite smooth and we were given several options at various price levels which was appreciated. We had a small glitch during the install process but this was immediately taken care of to our complete satisfaction and our order was handled by the highest level at Citywide. Best selection I have seen. If the don't have it, they will order it. If they can't order it, it doesn't exist!! Very knowledgeable staff that has been around forever!!

We used Citywide the first time when renovating a historic home in one of the City of Toronto’s most coveted neighbourhoods.
