I had a make a large purchase and the store made it so easy. They figured out the scheduling, logistics and bundling (great discounts when you buy multiple items) while I could just sit back and relax. The staff and excellent, very experienced and friendly. Highly recommended this store!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Cozey. Not only is the couch fantastic, but their customer service truly stands out.
I ended up exchanging my couch covers twice after changing my mind about the color. Even though the changes were entirely my own doing, the Cozey team handled both exchanges smoothly, quickly, and professionally. At no point did I feel like I was inconveniencing them. Every interaction was friendly, accommodating, and focused on helping me get exactly what I wanted.
