Do not go to this shop if you’re expecting honest customer service or nail art. Perhaps they’re good at doing other styles but they messed up my nail art and came up with something that was so far off the picture I showed them. It ended up smearing and looking rugged. Also not sure what kind of material they put instead of shillac which I had asked for, but even after I had them remove it, the gluey bump on my nails is not going away, even though it’s been 2 weeks. I literally have to wait until all of my nail grows back so it looks clean again. Not worth the money or the time. Outside of this most of the workers have a loud and rude way of speaking to the customers, it’s an intimidating environment in general.
