We had a major power failure that knocked out our entire office, including the network, computers, firewall, and printers. It happened after hours, and we didn’t even have an after-hours support contract in place.
I reached out to BA Consulting, and to my surprise, they responded immediately and showed up without hesitation. They worked through everything, brought all our systems back online, and made sure the entire network was stable before leaving.
They didn’t rush the job and made sure every device was tested and working properly. That level of commitment and reliability is hard to find.
BA Consulting is an exceptional IT experience. My computers and IT support are extremely important to me, and with Ronen my devices and data are getting the best possible support. It is hard to imagine that someone could have an extremely high level of technical expertise, and at that same time have so much integrity, authenticity, and such a nice and friendly approach - but this is Ronen.
