I've been coming here since 2019 - I've gone platinum blond, korean perms, long hair to my shoulders - always been great. All the stylists (especially Sunny) here are friendly, knowledgeable, and are experienced.

I had a great experience at B&B Beauty Hair Salon! Sunny was my stylist, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I showed a reference picture of the haircut I wanted, and they followed it so closely—it turned out exactly how I imagined.

The prices are also really reasonable for the quality of service you get, . Everyone at the salon was friendly, and the whole appointment felt relaxed and professional. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend Sunny to anyone looking for a stylist who really listens and delivers exactly what you ask for.

This is my second time going to Sunny at this hair salon, and I wish I found her sooner. I was always nervous about getting a haircut and I haven’t gotten one in seven years. Sunny saved me. She gave me the exact cut I want and worked with my hair which is super difficult. She gives me great treatment and she’s so friendly and I can’t wait to go back and get another treatment. My sisters and I all go to her because she’s that great. I live downtown and her prices are so affordable for the value that you’re getting. Thank you so much, honey. You’re the best. :)

I’ve been going to Sunny at B&B Beauty Hair Salon for the past year, and she’s completely transformed my hair. My hair had been over-thinned by previous stylists, but she took the time to understand my hair type, face shape, and what my hair actually needed instead of just cutting it for the sake of cutting it.

I have thick, curly hair, and she always knows exactly how to work with it while keeping it healthy and full. She also puts so much care into my scalp health, which has made such a difference. My hair has improved so much that both of my sisters loved the results and now they see Sunny too! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about her clients. I always leave loving my hair. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I had a wash, hair cut and styling with Sunny and it’s one of the best cuts I’ve had. She spent time on smaller details that I didn’t really get with previous hair salons. I live 1.5hrs away, but will be coming back whenever I’m in visiting my sister. Thank you so much!

I had such a great experience here! Esther cut my hair, and I showed her a random photo I found on Instagram as inspiration. She completely understood the look I was going for and made it even better than I expected. I absolutely love my haircut and couldn’t be happier with the result.

I came to this salon for a haircut, wash, and blowout. After washing my hair, the hairdresser wanted to blow-dry it before cutting it, which I found unusual, but I agreed. She noticed that I have naturally wavy hair after it was washed, and I explained that if she was going to blow-dry it, she would need to use a round brush to achieve a smooth result.

Instead, she used the blow dryer on cool air while running her hands through my hair, which made it increasingly frizzy. She then continued using a comb and cool air, making it even worse. At that point, my hair was extremely frizzy and difficult to manage. She then began straightening it, but very carelessly and without much attention to detail.

Throughout the process, she appeared frustrated and repeatedly spoke in Korean with another employee. I reminded her that this was exactly why a round brush should have been used from the beginning. After she had straightened only a few sections, I asked her to stop because I was no longer comfortable with the service.

She then asked me to pay, which I found shocking given that the service was incomplete and had left my hair in worse condition than when I arrived. I specifically came to the salon because the electrical issue in my condo means I cannot currently use my own styling tools. Instead of leaving with a professional blowout, I left needing to go home, rewash my hair, and start the entire process over again.

This was one of the most disappointing salon experiences I have ever had.

I had my hair colour done here at May 1st, and I am not happy with it because I didn’t got the colour I wanted which is ash brown. The lady said the desired colour will come out in after 3weeks. So I waited for more than 3 weeks and still no changes it’s just bleached. And hoping they’ll gonna do something to my hair.

Before and after. I’m obsessed!! Sunny was amazing. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and my hair smells amazing. It was surprisingly so affordable considering the amount of care and effort she put in my hair. She washed, cut, dried, styled and even used amazing products like the shampoo and hair toner that left my hair absolutely soft and airy. Did I mention my hair smells amazing? Highly recommend 100/10 no notes just perfect. Also Sunny’s the best and my fave hairstylist in Toronto! 🫶🏻
