Honestly, a friend introduced me to this place, and I can’t say anything but amazing things about it! I loved everything—from the customer service to the quality of work and how kind everyone is. Alex made me feel comfortable and safe, and I really appreciated how sweet he was with my son. He actually enjoyed being there while I got my color and cut! I had the best experience here! Alexi made me feel warm and welcome. He was so hospitable, respectful, wise and sweet (offering me cookies, coffees, treats, etc. throughout my visit). I truly enjoyed my time here and look forward to returning! Alexi listened to what I asked for (he suggested I bring in a picture) and took his time with me. He was patient and kind. Prices were fair. I left this salon very happy. Thank you and see you soon!

Alicia’s Beauty Salon has been my exclusive hair salon for the past 14 years. They are remarkable and visionary with their love and passion for creating top tier customer service, hair restoration, hair do’s, colouring techniques and your everyday styling needs. You can sense you are in good hands and it is evident their level of expertise from the moment you walk in it is unmatched. I only let them handle my hair, even if I’m out of the country I will not cut nor dye my hair elsewhere. They are truly very welcoming and actually care what the customer’s desired look and style is. I am a precise person that likes to have my hair look a certain way. They always maintain me looking fabulous ensuring that they use the best products which I’ve also tried out and bought to use at home allowing me to maintain my hair healthy in between visits. You can never find this kind of customer service nowadays. Alexis and Alicia graciously accommodated our hair and make up request for a wedding on a holiday weekend. They delivered excellent services, even got us coffee and pastries (for free). They made us feel like family. I would go back to this salon anytime!

amazing services, i walked in with years of box dye in my hair and a dream. they made it happen ! alexis is amazing and a definite miracle worker, this place is not only one of the best salons in the GTA but the service and the people make you feel like your home ! i won’t let no other person touch my hair, and my hair trauma has been healed ! i went from black to blonde without any damage!

Amazing service! This was my first time trying out this hair salon so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was taken care of the moment I came through the door. Alex did a phenominal job with my hair color and cut and ensured the coloring process did not damage my hair. I will definetly be coming back as my regular salon!
