We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Jim and his team completed. When issues arose, Travis quickly identified the problem and was able to quickly come up with a solution that worked for us and ensured that we still had the finished product we wanted.Jim's showroom has a great selection of products to choose, and the whole process was very painless. Apologies in advance for the long-winded review, but we can’t say enough good things about First Place Renovations.We called Jim in June 2022 because we were looking to get our basement finished. We talked with a few contractors, but nothing beat our interactions with Jim and how we felt- he was incredibly responsive, super informative, and really fair with his pricing.He was able to fit us into their schedule for October and the work started on time. Throughout all the work, Jim continued to be responsive and kept me informed on their progress.
