I really think that NE should have a scale from 1-10 instead of 5. I feel that NE rates a 10+ ..... I have been dealing with NE and Joe since 2005 when I purchased my computer, monitor, external hard drive, external CD player and software. I have had "Excellent Service" with Niagara Electronics ever since. Matt and Derrick, I want to give credit to both of you as well as Joe. Without all of you, I would totally be lost when it comes to computers!! They all have gone up and beyond to help me through many incredible issues that I have experienced over the years and included recently. I have made numerous phone calls for "Help" and no matter what time of day it is, they have always made accommodations to come to my rescue and immediately solve my problems. I can't thank them enough....they are "The Best in the Region". I have recommended them to many and will continue to do so :) I will only purchase something that NE can get for me and I know I can totally trust them for complete honesty, and integrity and not try to sell something that they would not use themselves...at a fair price! Why go to competitors when everything you need is right here, including Quality and Excellent Customer Service. I have had my computer die and I was devastated to the point of tears fearing I have lost everything. They are miracle workers when it comes to computers and they saved almost everything. A few minor disappearances but that is bound to happen. I have purchased their NE yearly on-line "System Monitor" and truly it has been a life-saver. I recommend everyone purchasing this 'valued service' for their computer. It is so worth it and NE can work on your computer from their office. I used to have a desktop computer and when repairs were needed, I would have to unhook everything and take the large computer into the office for repairs. I had upgraded my computer in 2013 to a new 4x4 NUC computer and love it. It fits right on the back of my large monitor and I have more desk space now. I could talk about NE and their competency forever because I trust them so much. I have seen competitors with their deals and have called Joe on them and he has explained the good and bad in all my questions. I have never gone to a competitor since dealing with NE. In the end....the final selling point always comes back to... "Service Guaranteed".....and this is what I have been getting all these years and I know I will continue to get after any purchase with Niagara Electronics. I don't want to have to pay and package up my computer and ship it off to...wherever...and wait for how long to have it returned. I know I am getting the best quality and service at my fingertips. NE is just a phone call away. Love you guys and a "forever satisfied customer!"
I always recommend Niagara Electronics if anyone says they have a problem with their computer. I just say, " Take it to Joe at Niagara Electronics on McLeod Rd." I just sent in a question re: Windows XP and I know Joe and team will advise me well.
