“Couldn't recommend these guys enough. After bringing my computer which was randomly freezing to two other businesses, I thought it was toast. Both well reviewed places in the area said it was a hardware issue and they couldn't figure it out. I was thinking I would have to buy a new system. Ended up trying Cyberdyne as a last ditch effort and I couldn't be happier with the result.
The staff told me what they planned on doing, they would take out each part individually and test them in multiple ways to get to the bottom of it. The problem was diagnosed in a couple days and they had it fixed within a week.
Other companies either couldn't be bothered to go through the effort, or couldn't figure it out. These guys communicated exactly what they were doing, were clear on very fair prices, followed up exactly when they said they would and did incredible work. I had my computer up and running within a week of dropping it off. I had other companies looking at it for four months and they couldn't diagnose anything.
I will be going back here for any of my computer needs. I couldn't be more satisfied. These guys know what they're doing and actually do the work to fix it rather than just give up and say they don't know. Don't bother going anywhere else. Best experience I've ever had with my computers.”
