I've been with Vaxxine for over 10 yrs, and a disaster happened to me with loss of data by my own mistake. I was able to reach Stephanie on a Saturday, which was a blessing in itself. She was able to help me to recover my data. I highly recommend Vaxxine and many thanks to Steph!

Over the last few months we’ve been having connection issues with our internet dropping. I want to give STEPHANIE who works on Saturdays a GOLD STAR - this woman deserves a raise! My husband and her were in the phone for hours troubleshooting, and Stephanie took steps to explain deeply why things may not be working. She connected to Cogeco to do like checks and followed up with us throughout the day. She promised she would not leave her shift without a call and of course we got the call AND Stephanie stayed past her shift end to help over the phone!
