Prakash was absolutely professional, quick, and had amazing customer service. He fixed my wife’s phone so quickly and had a great personality and solid demeanour. If I could give this 6 Stars I would! What we thought was going to be an expensive fix was not only done extremely inexpensively, it was done with ease! (At least it looked like it to us). Very good customer service. They are very clear and don’t hide anything. The person that assisted me helped me buy a new plan and wrote down everything that would happen helping me understand exactly what I was buying.
