I recently purchased a 2025 Lexus IS500 Ultimate Edition from Tony Graham Lexus, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
Before connecting with this dealership, I was dealing with several locations in both the U.S. and Montreal. Unfortunately, those experiences left a bad taste in my mouth — from markups over MSRP to forced accessories and unnecessary add-ons just to secure the vehicle. It was frustrating and disappointing.
Then I connected with Yan Ma (Sales Associate) and David Tran (General Sales Manager) — and everything changed.
Just bought a car there this week. Tan Vo provided very easy going no pressure sales. When you go to pickup your new car it will be sitting in the showroom - nice touch. Before we left, Tan explained how all the various systems worked and helped with setting up phones and navigation.
