Terry's team have been cleaning my rugs since the 1980s and always provide excellent results. When I picked up my rug today it looked like a newly purchased one. I highly recommend Terry's Rugs. Thank you Terry and family.

I brought two wool-tufted area rugs to Terry’s, one of which had been soiled in a flood, the other of which had been damaged by our dog pulling out tufts from a loonie-sized area. Neither had ever been professionally cleaned. The folks at Terry’s restored both to like-new appearance with their thorough but gentle hand-cleaning methods and did their absolute best to repair the missing tufts with a similar colour of wool. I had frankly written the flooded rug off, and was amazed that it could be brought back to such a beautiful appearance.
