Had hard deep here once again with Vevhen who was an apprentice, but seemed to know what he was doing. They came to install a camera for the GE oven, and once again the service was exceptional. This is probably the fourth time Hardeep has been to our house and every time the service has been excellent and professional. He really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to appliances and I would highly recommend him or TechVille.

I called this tech guy expecting the usual quick answers like “just replace this” or “you need to fix that,” but it was completely different. He actually took the time to explain what was going on and walked me through what I should get instead of just trying to sell me something.

What I really appreciated was how honest he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and not just making a quick buck.

It’s honestly rare to find someone like that. I’d definitely go back to him and recommend him to anyone who wants real advice, not just a quick fix.

The remote support service is efficient. It solved the network issues which I could not figure out to handle by my own for a long time. I fully recommend to anyone requiring consultation on any issues regading networking.
