I didn't interact with the staff but a seemingly nice employee was helping a gentleman load 5 flatscreen into his car. I dropped off an old TV for E-Waste. Easy to drop off but the parking lot here is terrible with bad drivers. You can't even cross from where your car is parked to the store entrance without dodging speedsters!
