Today's service with Iman M. At Geek Squad on Merivale road in Ottawa was great! He was patient and understanding as we had a relative who's entire security and Identity was compromised. We had a seating area provided to make all the necessary calls and it was a complicated scenario which he handled with ease and great customer support. Thank you for making this part of the recovery process smooth. From all of us.
