Engaging, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Chadwick took the time to explain his work done and what the service call revealed. He provided options to address the concerns about our 13 year old AC unit.

He stayed an extra 20 minutes to ensure we understood the service 'call' and options. Never tried to 'up sell' me any service or equipment.

Andrew and service plus are fantastic.
Great team on install, service and in the office. They are amazing with their communication of time and arrival. If anyone is looking to get any hvac service I would advise you to get in touch with these guys
