We first had Rome Flooring do work for us about ten years ago when they refinished very old wood floors in our second floor and replaced the flooring in one room. They did a great job. We worked with them again about six months ago after we made a terrible mistake renovating our kitchen and going with another flooring company (only because we didn’t realize Rome did LVT as well as wood). Unfortunately we had so many problems with the flooring the other company installed that we ended up having Rome tear it out and install what seems to be a much better product. We had our basement floor installed last week. The installers were very friendly and willing to accommodate all our requests. They put down mats and were very friendly and cleaned up at the end. The owner Joe came by to personally check on everything. Overall we’re very impressed with the entire process.
