Amazing company and workers. From Carter talking me through everything and booking the appointment to Colin, Ryan and Kyle installing the unit. They were all professional, friendly and easy to talk to. They took care with my home and provided excellent service. This company is my go to for all of my home heating/cooling needs.
I previously had a heat pump installed and was very happy with the service, as well as the unit.

We chose to change our 20 year old furnace and A/C for a new one and a heat pump. An investment for sure but with the incentives and rebates it was time. After 4 different quotes, and meeting with Kyle McLean, we chose Reliable Home Environment. He provided us with a whole ( much needed) education on furnaces and heat pumps. Am I ever glad we chose them. The team of Paul & Kyle (another Kyle) along with their co-op student arrived on time and protected our house with runners on the floors and an explanation of what their plan was for the installs.
