PUREBEAUTY at Hudson's Bay (Bayshore Shopping Centre)

We purchased a patio set from the Bay and didn't realize their online store is now a third-party vendor, not the Bay. We had called a local Bay store before buying and asked if we could return it to the store if there were issues and they said yes. We received the item and saw it was poor quality and when we try to speak to the Bay about it, they send us to the vendor. Will never make major purchases from them again and warn others to stay away.

This was the first time I visited this place and the experience was heart warming. The person who cut and styled my hair, Revellyn, was very professional and she had an amazing energy.
I felt the love around there. I felt welcomed and in good hands.
As soon as I finished my appointment, I got complements on my hair. I highly recommend Revellyn ❤️ God bless!
