I brought in a coat I had purchased from The Bay just after Christmas. The zipper was finicky and kept separating at the bottom. I contacted the manager, Jennifer Day, and asked if they would honour my purchase and repair the zipper. She said of course! I took the coat in yesterday and they immediately reimbursed me for a new zipper. I'm so glad to see such great personal service and care of customers in this day and age. Don't online shop....go to the store! There's better care there! Thank you, Jennifer and the staff at The Bay in Bayshore. Great job!!!
