Loved that it was advertised for same day assessment and was actually offered a same day appointment. Luke checked in before showing up. Was punctual. Very thorough when explaining what he was doing, clear about the treatments and expectations. I appreciate his patience answering all my questions. I would recommend this company at this point from this experience.

The Pest Control was the last company that I called after many others had long waiting time or were very expensive. I could not believe it when I called the company arranged for a home visit the same day. Luke arrived the same day in the evening and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, polite and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. He went into the attic and set the traps up for the squirrel that was under the roof. He gave lots of information on what to expect and told me that he will be back in a week if he does not hear from me. He came back, found the nest and let the squirrel take her babies out. We were extremely impressed by the customer service offered by Pest Control Centre. The phone was always answered immediately by a real person, and our exterminator Luke was terrific, professional, and offered real and common sense solutions.
