Their customer service is incredible. When I was not initially satisfied with my purchase I was very pleased that all my questions were answered and solutions were offered. They did not hesitate to respond to my requests, as well as provide me with ample information so I could have a better understanding of their products. I look forward to trying more of their products in the future.

I had the chance to discuss with a sales rep (Darlie) and the owner of Obasan. Both of them provided extremely valuable advices and were very professional. Buying a high-end mattress is not easy and they made everything so simple. When the delivery team was on site, they made sure that everything was installed correctly and that we didn't miss anything. They were courteous and complied with the current measures. I tried the products and they are just amazing. I've never had products as good as those from Obasan. From A to Z, the experience was incredible and I recommend this brand without hesitation.

Quality of products and service are outstanding!We can’t say enough about Obasan. We were first introduced to Obasan when my wife and I bought new pillows. They were very informative about specific requirements. My wife chose the Dual Organic Shredded Rubber and Wool pillow, I chose the Organic Shredded Rubber pillow. We both could not be happier, the support we need and never feels hot.We liked the pillows so much we decided to buy one of their Organic Wool comforters. We picked up the Mid-Weight Comforter.
