I had an amazing experience at Noir Salon Makeup and Hair with Lynne. She is incredibly talented, attentive, and truly understands how to enhance your natural beauty. My hair and makeup turned out flawless and lasted all day. Beyond her skills, Lynne made me feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for. The relaxing ambiance and beautiful decor put me at ease, and the space was spotless – you could tell they really care about cleanliness. The staff were warm and friendly, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable. It was such a pleasant experience that I’ll definitely be back for my next visit to this great hair salon in Ottawa.
