The receptionist we had at yesturdays visit was great. A 5 star for her.
The only issue I do find is the past few visits, the massage is cut short. Pay for 60 and get 45-50 minutes of the actual massage due to being called to the room late.
The massage therapist Jessica is well known about the body areas where to focus and do massage or release tensions in muscles.
I had a bad experience with recipniost though. She took too much to do the payment part. She was not familiar with how to use employee discount features for the family members of an employee.
I would suggest you make your front desk workers train first before they actually start working to save other people's time
