I’ve seen Helana Yu for a few different concerns, and she truly knows her craft. She’s efficient and gives clear, straightforward guidance. She can be direct, so if you prefer a gentler delivery, this might not be the place for you. Her treatments are holistic, which means they take time and require commitment — For me their was no instant fix but after following her advice and coming in for regular treatments, I've had noticeable improvements.
