David (team lead - Bayshore location) is an amazing staff. My daughter & I step into the store at 8:58pm which is 2 mins to closed but he was extremely nice and respect us every single minute. As a busy woman, I always run to the last minute and hardly see the best service and such truly understandable person like David. I was so impressed because these days get an employee like David is a gem stone. Thank you David

I had a great experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Oleksandr. He took the time to show me the different transition lenses and explained how they work both before and after. His helpfulness made the process much easier. I appreciated the service and would recommend the store.

Oleksandr was absolutely wonderful! He devoted lots of time to me, did not rush me and patiently went through the store's complete inventory to find the best choices for my face shape and style. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with. We highly recommend him for any spectacle purchase you may have!
