“I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a hair salon but I was just so thoroughly impressed that I had to. From first anxiously calling and making the appointment, the receptionist was very kind, and thorough. She asked lots of questions and made sure to book me with the right hair stylist. I have trichotillomania, which is a compulsive hair pulling disorder and can result in bald or uneven patches of hair. Let me tell you that it is very hard finding someone who will (1) Know what it is (2) Know how to deal with it (3) Not make you feel bad about it (4) Make it feel like a regular hair cutting appointment. I LOVED the fact that they booked me into one of their private rooms, so I could avoid feeling like people were staring, and my partner could come without it feeling weird. Anyway, Jenn was just the best, and I can’t wait to go back. She was timely, approachable, kind and most importantly made me feel SO much better about my hair.
