“Roofmaster was the third company to quote on my leaking flat roof and chimney several years ago. Instead of a quote for a new roof, crew chief Roger suggested a far less expensive water diversion repair plan. After installing his low tech solution for a very reasonable price, I have waited to judge performance before reviewing. ( All roofing repairs are great when reviewed before rain and snow ). It's been a couple of years and his solution continues to hold up and still solves my problem, and I've been on the roof to check it.
I called Roofmaster recently to ask for help on a different problem area caused by storm damage and again they went far above and beyond. As I was resolved to handle this issue myself, I asked advice of their expert Arzan, and he even supplied me with a few matching shingles @ no charge to do my repair.
This company is committed to customer service, honesty, and quality professional work at fair prices. They passed on opportunities to do less. Excellent... this is how a customer wants to be treated !
I will continue to refer them and would advise anyone to have trust in using them.
