“Due to the age and condition of our roof, we needed a roofing company to completely replace our roof. We have benefited from the services of Roger Lauzon on behalf of Roofmaster over the last twenty years and retained him to advise us and lead the project.

The work was challenging as the weather in Ottawa has become increasingly unpredictable and the job entailed removing everything down to drywall. The project also involved scheduling the contribution of two companies providing spray insulation and electrical services.

The work performed by Roger Lauzon and his team was excellent. In addition to rebuilding the roof they also took steps to protect the house when there was a threat of rain. The job was finished on time. Throughout Roger shared pictures of the progress of his work, answered our questions, raised issues we had not thought of, and deployed a great sense of humour!
