I was at first disappointed that my nails kept breaking easily after paying so much for them, most likely due to them being done by someone who was less experienced. But I was thankful they gave me a full refill and even new design of choice for free. They were done by someone different this time and she did an awesome job! I love the final result!?

Been coming to Kim for over 10 years. Ive reffered all my friends and family and not one person has been disappointed. Anytime I have been to another salon because I failed to book an appointment properly there has always been an issue elsewhere. I drive 40 minutes there and back because my nails last. They are clean, up to date with styles and technology and the proof is in the quality Kim takes to train and invest in this Salon. Theres nothing they CANT do and if you tell them and explain they listen to your request.

Awesome job for the manicure with Shellac. However I feel like she was in a rush while doing my pedicure. Didn’t clean thoroughly, neither remove all the cuticles. Just rushing to put the nail polish.
