This is a solid company; it corrects its mistakes and most of its technicians are respectful and knowledgeable. Last year they installed an electric furnace that was wrong for the size of our house. We contacted Francis and they immediately admitted their mistake and replaced the furnace quickly and without charge. However, the thermostat they put in malfunctioned. The technician assigned for the repair did not show up as scheduled many times (no show for 3days as we waited) then called unexpectedly to ask to service the equipment at his convenience, once in the evening. We bought an in demand got water tank. Fair prices with team and warranty to back it up over time. Ryan & Rob Appleby who did the install we very professional, did a clean job, and went above and beyond on the finer details of their install to help me optimize every bit of space I have available.
