Malik and Alex were awesome and helpful. In the end they couldn't fix my issue - but quickly diagnosed the problem so I could get more folks in. And answered my many questions!

We contacted Francis on the advice of condo board.Normally certain contractors are familiar with building and rules. Latisha took the notes we prepared when we opened unit. The technician came prepared, took the time to give notes on future work needed and fixed our heating unit. Thank you again and we definitely recommend Francis H.V.A.C
