I contacted Elite Blinds with a problem with my Somfy blinds. The blinds were in my house when I moved in so I did not know who installed them. Even though I did not purchase these blinds from them and they were not the installers, they were extremely friendly, responsible and professional. They were able to trouble shoot with me and my blinds work great now. Next time I need blinds, I’ll definitely contact them.

Elite staff is awesome. I needed a power roller blind charger that my elderly mother had misplaced. The staff scoured the store and found one for me which is a godsend.I have dealt with Elite as a business owner myself as well as on a consumer level and have found them to be top notch all the time.I highly recommend this business from both a business owner and a personal level.
