My mom and I go every 8 weeks or so for pedicures. The staff here are so sweet to us old gals and very gentle with my elderly mother. There is a nice atmosphere and everybody seems to be enjoying themselves, unlike other salons I have been to. 12/10 recommended.

Joy Did an amazing job at my nails they were the exact same as the photo I showed! She put so much effort and detail into them and was so helpful the entire time. Thank you so much!

Disappointing customer service experience. During my previous visit, I was offered the option to pay through e-transfer/cash, so this time I asked if I could do the same. I was initially told “we don’t do that,” and when I mentioned that it had been offered to me before, the response was “well, I don’t want to do it.” The inconsistency and attitude during the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional.
I also came in for a refill and was surprised by the final price compared to my previous appointment, which was three weeks ago, where I paid almost the same amount for a full set and additional services. I completely understand... read full review
